PROFITS FOR PURPOSE
We’ve exceeded our giving pledge for the third year in a row, with 3%
of annual pretax profits given to charitable causes (as monetary and product
donations/discounts).
ACCELERATING EVS
Our new Software-Defined Battery Lab and the acquisition of Kratzer, Heinzinger EV Systems and NH Research are mitigating the effects of climate change by accelerating EV product development.
RECOGNITION FOR RESPONSIBILITY
We’re proud to be named to Newsweek’s Most Responsible Companies list 2 years in a row.
ADVANCING OCEAN CLIMATE INNOVATION
We partnered with the Ocean & Climate Innovation Accelerator, donating $1M
over four years to spur bold R&D to address the urgent need for climate action related to the seas.

Students served through our STEM education initiatives. We also expanded our partnership with FIRST, bringing robotics competitions to Hungary, serving more students, and sponsoring the FIRST Mentor Network.

philanthropic investment and volunteering.
WORKING TOWARD CARBON NEUTRALITY
Our Scope 1 and 2 emissions decreased 5% YOY and we sourced
35%
of our electricity from renewables.
