We all win when we all thrive.
When people from all backgrounds have equitable access to opportunities to fully reach their potential, that increases the wellbeing not only of individuals but also of entire communities. Unfortunately, the historic inequities in our systems and institutions, and the increasing gaps between the “haves” and “have nots,” are a barrier to that wellbeing.
We are working toward our vision of a thriving society with fewer racial, gender, and economic inequities and greater wellbeing and prosperity for all. This aligns with our vision for Changing the Faces of Engineering, as access to high-paying technology jobs helps close wealth gaps.
