Our 2022 Major Partnerships
In 2022, we met our goal of cultivating major nonprofit partnerships to support every NI Corporate Impact pillar.
- Engineering a Healthy Planet: We formalized a partnership with a $1 million donation over four years to the Ocean & Climate Innovation Accelerator to advance knowledge of the ocean’s critical role in global health.
- Building an Equitable and Thriving Society: We gave a $500,000 donation to Finding Home ATX to support innovative, data-driven solutions for tackling Austin’s crisis of unsheltered homelessness.
- Changing the Faces of Engineering: In 2021, we announced a $3.4 million commitment to Changing the Faces of Engineering through major grantmaking, and this year we deepened our partnerships with major partners AUTMHQ, Code2College, C.R.E.A.T.E. (Thinkery and Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area), and Project Lead the Way.

South Korea: Toy Recycling and Donation
When our Korea team moved into a new office in 2022, they used the funds from recycling old furniture to fund a partnership with Toy Recycle Union, which promotes plastic toy recycling.
